Meet Lorna

Born and raised on the east coast of Florida, I am a true native in love with all things sunshine, sea, and everything in between. I grew up fishing on my father's commercial spearfishing boat and playfully creating art of the magic I witnessed at sea.

Being an artist and free spirited gave me quite the resume as a private nanny, yoga instructor, in the restaurant and hospitality industry, wedding and events coordination, and in the corporate hotel sales world. It was all a lot of fun but, I was still searching for something, so it was time for another big shift.

In 2019 I graduated from Space Coast Education Center and created my new profession as a Licensed Massage Therapist. I was fortunate enough to begin my career at the most luxurious boutique spa on the Treasure Coast. In my time there I learned from the best on a variety of techniques like Swedish & Deep Tissue, Manual Lymphatic Drainage, Stretching, Silicone Cupping, and various Body Treatments and Rituals.

In 2021 I embarked on a new adventure... motherhood. Being it all the cliche things "they" tell you; it completely spun me around and unveiled my next path. I became certified in Integrative Pregnancy Massage and went on to also become a certified Birth Doula. To best honor my new identity as a mother and cultivate my career, I birthed my business and second child... Momi Wellness. 

I am extremely passionate about my clients and meeting them where they are in their healing journey. I'm obsessed with learning and using all of my knowledge and talents to empower my clients to live a eudaimonius life.
